　　Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for always maintaining a clean work area at his assigned location. The Dishwasher cleans all areas of the facility, understands basic tasks with a sense of urgency to provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility:

　　Follows proper procedures for dishwashing, including but not limited to washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.

　　Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in clean and orderly condition.

　　Adheres to location appearance guidelines.

　　Acts with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.

　　Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.

　　Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.

　　Employs good safety and sanitation.

　　Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.

　　Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers.

　　Always on time and ready to perform all required duties.

　　Helps fellow team members whenever necessary.

　　Essential Job Duties:

　　Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.

　　Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

　　React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.

　　Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.

　　Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

　　Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
