　　Sterile Processing Tech II

　　As our Sterile Processing Tech at St. Luke's Woodlands Hospital, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe delivery of patient care by ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are adequately sterilized and ready for use.

　　To be successful in this role, you must have great attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining sterile environments, and a passion for contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

　　Lakeside Hospital a collaboration between CHI St. Luke’s Health and a team of specialized physicians— focused on cardiology and interventional cardiology, sports medicine, orthopedics, including total joint replacement, and spine care—in The Woodlands community. As the only hospital in Montgomery County to offer sports medicine as a major service line, Lakeside Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care including diagnostic imaging, including MRI, CT and nuclear medicine.

　　Responsibilities

　　Receive, clean, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment

　　Adhere to infection control policies and procedures

　　Assemble instrument trays and sets according to established protocols

　　Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance

　　Collaborate with surgical and medical staff to fulfill instrument requests

　　Qualifications

　　High School Diploma/GED Required

　　CRCST

　　More than 1 year of experience

　　Pay Range

　　$16.30 - $22.42 /hour
