This is a highly visible hands-on technical project management role working cross functionally with architects, software engineers located globally and product managers to deliver common software platform solutions. In addition, this individual will act as the key interface to central tools and information technology teams to build out the solutions that are vital to enabling CI/CD solutions to CT, MRI & X-Ray imaging devices.

Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Work closely with modality Technology Leaders and product release management to ensure strategy and execution alignments
Demonstrate technical leadership with maturity in balancing scope, timing and resources.
Define execution plan, establishes milestones, tracks, monitors the progress based on project scope, expected timeline, available budget/resources and ensures timely delivery of the commitments with high quality
Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
Act as an Agile Coach to the team and encourage team collaboration playing the scrum master role
Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
Manages risk and dependencies between among the modality, central tools, digital technology functional teams
Facilitates release planning / program increment readiness and planning events.
Establishes governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence
Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops. Ensuring that the product development process abides to the Engineering Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline (PRD) and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.
Drives new ways of thinking, across groups within the division, to improve quality, engineering productivity, and responsiveness to feedback and changing priorities.
Provides subject matter expertise in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations.
Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical or Electronics) or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum 6 years of relevant project technical leadership experience
Minimum 3 years of software development experience
Proven knowledge of the Software development lifecycle in product delivery and maintenance life cycle
Experience managing projects across global cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules using Agile development methodology
Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications
Working knowledge of software as a service (SaaS), micro-service architectures, Docker, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Clear and substantiated experience in driving large/complex multi-million USD projects in software world
Experience using Confluence, Rally, or AHA for program dashboards and reporting to senior leaders
Experience establishing KPI's, SLA's to measure project progress and reporting to senior leadership
Business Acumen:
Proven track record of establishing targets, executing a plan, and delivering results
Ability to plan and provide structure and organization in a fast paced, changing environment
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
L eadership:
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization
Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Creates a culture of strong customer focus and high performance to drive innovation
