Overview:

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant at our production facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Financial Record Keeping:· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all production-related transactions.

　　· Record and reconcile daily production costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

　　Cost Analysis:· Conduct regular cost analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

　　· Collaborate with production teams to understand and analyze cost variances.

　　Budgeting and Forecasting:· Assist in the preparation and monitoring of production budgets.

　　· Work closely with management to provide financial insights for forecasting purposes.

　　Month-end Closing:· Participate in the month-end closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

　　· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making.

　　Compliance:· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

　　· Collaborate with internal and external auditors during periodic audits.

　　Financial Reporting:· Prepare and present financial reports that highlight key performance indicators and financial metrics.

　　· Generate ad-hoc reports to assist management in strategic decision-making.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or experience equivalent too.

　　· Proven experience as a staff accountant, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

　　· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

　　· Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　· Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
