　　We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our clients' accounting needs, focusing on bookkeeping, CFO consulting, and project management. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in public accounting who are looking to transition away from billable hours and long working hours.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records for clients.

　　Provide CFO consulting services, offering strategic financial insights and advice.

　　Oversee project management aspects related to accounting services for clients.

　　Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

　　Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

　　CPA certification is highly desired.

　　Previous experience in public accounting is preferred.

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

　　Requirements

　　Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online

　　Microsoft Excel experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with bookkeeping

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Excellent attention to detail

　　Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

　　Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
