OVERVIEW: The SRO Housing Director manages all aspects of our 73unit Single Room Occupancy residence, located on the 3rd and 4th floorsof the Merrimack Valley YMCA Lawrence Branch, fostering a culture ofinclusivity, support, transition, and community among our residents.DUTIES: 1. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the SRO HousingResidence, ensuring all regulatory guidelines, inspection criteria,safety guidelines are met 2. Work directly with the leadership of theCity of Lawrence Housing Authority to provide a resident-centeredapproach to case management that demonstrates and promotes progressthrough supportive resources that address the basic needs of ourresidents. 3. Prepare concise reporting on state compliance, ensuringall audits and reporting mechanisms are on-time and that we are in fullcompliance with all guidelines. 4. Manage part-time staff that includecase worker(s), maintenance staff and security staff, holding all SROteam members accountable to their responsibilities, execute performancereviews, and work with senior leadership to provide developmentopportunities for continued growth. 5. Manage vendor relationships thatprovide SRO services, including security and pest control 6. Cultivatenew and existing partnerships that will provide resources to enhance thequality of life for all residents. 7. Work with senior management onbudgeting and manage monthly finances 8. Collaborate with ourDevelopment team to cultivate philanthropic support for our SRO 9. Serveon the Lawrence Branch leadership team, collaboratively work with allDirectors from the Lawrence Team to provide a safe, inclusive, andwelcome-for- all culture. 10. Manager-On-Duty responsibilities duringBranch operating hours REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in HumanServices or related field; or equivalent experience.
