What We Need

　　Reporting to the Director of Global Demand Planning, this role will be responsible for delivering accurate wholesale (sell-in) and retail (sell-out) demand forecasts while balancing a healthy channel inventory for specific vendors. Through effective planning, analytical insights and OTB management, this role helps to achieve our financial targets through close collaboration with Sales, Finance and Marketing departments. We are looking for someone who is versatile and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

　　Each day at TATCHA is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:

　　Own monthly Demand review and relevant S&OP sections to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to the plan and risks & opportunities are escalated

　　Create monthly sales and operating forecast with alignment with Sales, Finance & Marketing

　　Forecast core carryover products using statistical models and global core planning resources

　　Track actual sales and forecast accuracy, and call out if any gaps to latest forecast based on any supply delays

　　Ensure a high In-stock Rate in channel and work closely with Supply Chain and Distribution

　　Develop channel inventory strategy per product category aligned with Open-to-Buy budget

　　Monitor Open-to-Buy, Weeks of Supply and Excess Inventory, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize working capital

　　Present excess inventory opportunities to transfer in or out the channel

　　Drive process improvement projects to standardize and optimize planning process using new software modules

　　Conduct quantitative analysis based on past demand and supply issues, and provide insights to optimize future planning

　　Assist management with ad hoc value add projects.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　At least 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, specifically in wholesale preferred

　　Experience in Oracle Planning Cloud is preferred

　　Must have experience supporting an omni-channel business

　　Experience in consumer goods industry (retail, wholesale, or manufacturing) is preferred

　　Highly proficient in Excel

　　The Details:

　　The expected base salary range for this position is $110K to $138K. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

　　This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
