BCMC is looking for Sr. Technical Architect with ServiceNow, and Systems and Integration architecture experiences to support the integration and sustainment of the Full Operating Capability (FOC) of

　　the ServiceNow service management platform as well as build, deliver and manage for DISA and

　　other Clients.

　　Qualification:

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Architect, or related field

　　8+ years of systems architecture and integration experiences.

　　2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM and ITIL process flow development and tuning

　　Experiences with API, Web Services,  and XML development.

　　Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and eligible for SECRET clearance.  Candidates with at least active Secret security clearance is desired.

　　This is a Remote position.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Lead  and collaborate with customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow platform to improve their ITSM and ITIL processes

　　Be a key member of an overall engagement team focused on delivering customer outcomes

　　Provide technical and architectural guidance to Agile/SCRUM software teams, ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision.

　　Significant consulting experience within complex organizations with the ability to influence and consult in an ITIL / ITSM Services environment.

　　Experience in defining and deploying future-state ITSM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills

　　Experience in analyzing and recommending ITSM strategies based on business priorities

　　Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team
