Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Support the monthly financial close process by executing several close checklist tasks and performing analysis on certain accounts and financial statement lines to identify and correct potential errors. Point person for verifying the accuracy of store count and same-store definition. Reviews all store results during the close process to identify new store openings, store closures, and temporary closures/re-openings, and coordinates with various teams to make sure accurate dates are reflected in Oracle MDM systems. Prepare and/or review several internal/external financial reports to be provided to various business stakeholders after each monthly close. Perform balance sheet reviews on assigned balance sheet lines after each month close to explain any significant changes in account balances. Perform and/or review certain account reconciliations in Certification. Understand how master data is structured in Site Hub/DRM and how it interacts with downstream systems. Work cross-functionally to understand other teams’ need for data from Site Hub/DRM and partner to design reports and/or integrations to fulfill these needs. Identify opportunities to improve the quality and accuracy of master data, both via business process improvements and system upgrades. Participate in user acceptance testing for updates/upgrade/enhancements in Site Hub and DRM. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications Finance degree with at least 3-4 years of experience Understanding of accounting fundamentals Dependable and self-motivated individual Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and highly detailed oriented Experience with Oracle is preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work extended or early hours during month end close (4th through 7th business day of the month). #LI-KA1
