　　About the job

　　As a Professional-Software Engineer you will design, write, and deliver a full stack automation framework/solution, and software to test/orchestrate various services which includes user on-demand requests, pipelines, load generators, metrics collector, quality evaluator, and auto remediation modules at scale to help improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of various AT&T digital products and services.

　　You will provide technical expertise to improve the end-to-end availability and performance of the product's key services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.

　　You will be an influencer by example, mentor the team, and establish credibility through quality technical execution.

　　Key Roles and Responsibilities

　　• Provide technical expertise to decompose epics/features into testable and measurable user stories

　　• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.

　　• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

　　• Collaborates with designers, developers, user experience team and product owners to avail interactive and scalable sites/software.

　　• Identify and keep abreast of new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance.

　　• Writing great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation.

　　• Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance.

　　• Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support

　　Qualifications - External

　　Required Qualifications

　　• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　• 8 years of experience working in an agile scrum environment.

　　• 8 years of experience designing and building automation frameworks.

　　• 5 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Master's degree in computer science or engineering.

　　• 5+ years of experience working with Java on Selenium Grid

　　• 5+ years of experience in the following technologies: Java, NodeJS, Spring Reactive Stack (Webflux), NoSQL, Dynatrace, Jenkins, ADO, Azure, AWS

　　• 5+ years of experience with data structures and algorithms
