Job Purpose
The Trade Product Control Senior Team Manager will provide guidance, training, development and performance management to Trade Product Control analysts. In this role, you will supervise and perform the operational aspects of daily Trade Product Control activities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external business partners on day to day business deliverables, operational risk issues and escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to support the goals and vision of the businesses.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee and perform a wide scope of complex commodity and foreign exchange position reporting and reconciliation activities in collaboration with Trade Product Control organization & key stakeholders, and ensure any significant differences are resolved and communicated appropriately.
Utilize comprehensive technical knowledge and operations experience to provide proactive and timely advice and direction to the team in resolving issues to support business activities and actively participate in key business initiatives and champion implementation efforts within the operations team.
Oversee, monitor and run complex system processes, report and extract generation, system feeds, error analysis and remediation action.
Perform review of commodity and foreign exchange exposure reporting performed by team members and ensure resolution of breach in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Communicate trading profit and loss by line of impact with key stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity of information in relevant systems and in reports prepared by the team.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Lead the execution of Trade Product Control processes with continuous improvement, deploying key metrics and measurement for Trade Product Control process effectiveness, evaluate the performance and leverage best practices.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experienced in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Four years of supervisory experience in financial related processes.
Strong knowledge of risk management and enterprise resource planning applications
Advanced Level of English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Master's degree
Six years of financial services experience
