About Sr Systems Analyst-Ops

  The Service Activation Departments role is to provide middleware services responsible for orchestration and activation of the following services; High Speed Data Devices Video devices (set top boxes) Phone service, and WiFi Service. This department also leverages tools used for triaging issues with service by service staff and the user interface used for self-install by customers as well as field technicians.

  As aSenior Systems Analysto­­n the Service Activation team, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of application and reporting solutions to address business needs. Systems Analysts liaise Business Analysts and the technical solution providers such as Engineering, IT and/or 3 Party Solution providers.

  Leading analysis, documentation, and business recommendations for management and leadership.

  Developing application solutions to increase business solutions.

  Analyzing system interdependencies, system requirements, risks, and risk mitigators.

  Liaising Business Analysts and technical support personnel.

  WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

  Required Qualifications

  Experience:

  5+ years of systems analysis experience.

  5+ years of software development and implementation experience.

  3-4 years of project management experience.

  3-4 years of telecommunications experience. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

  Technical skills: Knowledge of process and project management.

  Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures.

  Skills:

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner.

  Cross-functional management skills.

  Abilities:

  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

  Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.

  Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.

  Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.

  Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics.

  Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations.

  Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.

  Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

  Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

  Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.

  Ability to supervise and motivate others.

  Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).

  Travel Ability:

  Some Travel Required

  Office Environment

  Schedule:

  Full time

  This position is eligible to work in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days)
