　　JOB TITLE:Sr. Systems Analyst-Child Welfare Modernization (REMOTE)

　　RESPONSIBILITIES-Technical responsibilities include problem identification, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.-May act as lead analyst on projects and direct the day-to-day activities of other analysts.-Analyzing complex data and identifying patterns, recommending actions and measuring outcomes.-Coordination with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications and processes.-Market research and understanding of health and human market trends.-Creating system functional specifications from business requirements.-Performance is evaluated based on utilization and contractual deliverables.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:-Eight (8) years of current, relevant experience.-In-depth data and problem analysis skills using industry standard means and tools.-Ability to translate data into findings and communicate such to peers, management and clients.-Experience writing detailed plans and reports and creating project deliverables.-Ability to lead or work as a key member of a team with detail orientation.-Expertise and currency in government human services, health and/or workforce organizations required.-Ability to quickly understand health and human service business processes and systems that support these processes.-Experience creating functional specifications for system solutions from business requirements.
