Analytics Solutions and BI Developer

　　We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join Technology department as a Power BI Developer.

　　In this role, you will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Power BI including data preparations and ETL functions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop, maintain, and enhance BI solutions using Power BI.

　　Design and implement data models, visualizations, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs.

　　Analyze complex datasets and transform them into meaningful insights.

　　Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the BI solutions.

　　Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues within Power BI reports and dashboards.

　　Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities to drive innovation.

　　Requirements :

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

　　Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　　Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

　　Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power BI Desktop.

　　Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

　　Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

　　Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

　　Ability to design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

　　Nice to Haves:

　　Experience Healthcare and Pharma Industry CRM and Sales data.

　　Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.

　　Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

　　Experience with data visualization best practices and data storytelling.

　　Certifications in Power BI or related technologies.
