About Sr. SDT EE Engineer

　　工作职责：

　　1.主导来料不良、产线不良、出货检验不良及客户不良品的问题解决及不良分析, 进一步确定根本原因并制定纠正措施.

　　新供应商、现有供应商稽核以确保供应商品质系统和制程能力合格，进一步保证元器件符合规格.

　　与供应商和研发联合制定供应商方和IQC测试规范.

　　持续改善供应商的生产制程和出货品质.

　　负责主导质量会议的召开.

　　主导SPCN 的验证和承认.

　　参与2nd source 的验证及承认.

　　需求资质 :

　　本科及以上学历, 专业：电子、光学、物理相关专业.

　　电子组装厂（或镜头组装厂）SQE、工艺工程、测试工程、设计5-7年工作经验.

　　熟悉Video sensor, mice sensor, Battery, discrete, ASIC等电子料的工作原理、结构、制程、典型失效现象及不良原因.

　　较强的问题分析能力：针对Video sensor影像不良, Video lens MTF不良，mouse sensor 划线不良, mouse lens成型不良，电池电量低、mos-fet short、IC功能不良拥有清晰的分析思路、分析方法及分析执行能力.

　　熟练使用显微镜、万用表、示波器， X-Ray等设备进行元器件不良分析.

　　在团体及管理团队面前可以自信的沟通及做报告.

　　熟悉ISO9001, ISO14001 品质体系.

　　熟悉相关质量工具，如 8D、SPC、MSA、FMEA、PDCA.

　　英语口头和书面交流流利，清晰简单.
