I. Summary
Title: Sr Schedule Risk Analyst
Functional Discipline: Project Risk Management
Project: Neom Green Hydrogen
Location: Neom SiteII. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role serves as Risk Analyst for the Neom Green Hydrogen Project
Use Air Products Risk management framework, IT systems and functional work processes to provide reliable and consistent reporting on project risk.
Collaborate with the execution team to develop and delivery integrated project risk management program aligned with the project scope and execution strategy. Assist the project management team to consistently deliver on project commitments in terms of cost and schedule.
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor's in engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of mega EPC project execution and 5 years of experience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis. MBA or PMP is an added advantage.
Candidate should be well versed with EPC project execution and its various phases.
Experience in developing and executing risk management plans for the mega projects.
Experienced in conducting and facilitating risk workshops using various techniques and methods.
Develop and update the project risk register (identify, monitor & report all risks and issues) to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and cost of project and work with the project team to ensure resolution.
Quantitative analysis of data to better understand potential risks, impact, and outcomes of various decisions/scenarios.
Ability to understand the change management process as subset of Project Risk Management
Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules with advanced scheduling practices.
Analyze and work with established project Work Breakdown, Cost Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for highly complex projects.
Ability to develop schedule and cost risk model for highly complex projects.
Application of uncertainty principles and risk events in the risk model
Understanding the basis of Monte Carlo simulation and interpretation of simulation results.
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and collaborate with project team to recommend corrective action plans to eliminate or reduce schedule/cost impact.
Ability to manage reserves and project contingency in coordination with the cost engineer.
Maintain and update project risks and lesson learnt database.
Strong project coordination skills with ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Determined, adaptable and resilient. Able to achieve success under significant pressure, evolving requirements, and conflicting priorities.
Culturally astute. Experience and ability to work and achieve success with multi-cultural teams associated with multi-region project execution.
Core competencies: Commercial and technical acumen, detailed working knowledge of project planning tools and systems. Proven skills in planning coupled with a working knowledge of project management, and projects controls.
IV Tools
Proficient in ACUMEN FUSE software or similar risk simulation tools.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and risk management software like (e.g., ARM, PRA).
Proficient in MS Office and EVMS tools.
SAP (or equivalent ERP) and EcoSys experience is added advantage.
