You willalso collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including ProductionControl, Supply Chain, Logistics, Energy, Construction and Design as well asLegal, Finance and Lease Administration and external partners includinglandlords, developers, brokers and advisers to lead and complete new locationdevelopment.What You'll DoResponsiblefor site selection and negotiation of lease terms for new andexisting support, parking, and storage locations in the U.S.Evaluateneeds along with gathering and analyzing economic, demographic and other marketdata to identify and prioritize key marketsPerformand collect necessary due diligence to prepare for developmentNegotiateLOIs and work letters for properties selectedUnderstandzoning and DMV licensing requirements per stateCollaboratewith internal business partner to validate our real estate strategy includinglease terminations, consolidations, expansions, renewals and relocationsLearnand penetrate new real estate markets and determine ideal location suitable fordevelopmentWhat You'll BringBachelor'sdegree in relevant area of study (Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance),or equivalentMinimum5 years of transactional real estate across multiple real estate product typesIncluding leasing, acquisitions, and dispositionsDemonstratednegotiation skills and ability to identify and report site-specific conditionsUnderstandingof real estate principles, concepts and of legal terms specific to Real Estate.Abilityto create and interpret Pro forma, Cash Flow Analysis and Basic deal trackingstructuresExceptionalability to gather, analyze and present demographic and financial data inexecutive level reports. Experience with municipal planning and zoningprocedures requiredRealEstate License in state of resident required.
