  Collins is seeking a Senior Property Administrator that will facilitate property activities related to audit support, data analytics and site support as needed.

  The position is responsible for interfacing with Collins Property, Programs, Customers, Operations, and Contracts personnel to coordinate Property / Asset Management activities related to compliance of Government and/or Customer Property as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Contract terms and conditions.

  This position will be onsite supporting the Largo, FL location and reports to the Largo Site Property Manager.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Assure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and RTX/Collins/Site policies and procedures for managing customer property.

  Serves as a point of contact for internal and external Customer audits and self-assessments.

  Support internal and third-party assessments/audits and drive corrective actions identified resulting from those activities.

  Creation and distribution of reports

  Researching regulations and best practices

  Generate and provide accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and internal and external customers.

  Generate and provide property data analytics to support audits and other reporting requirements as necessary.

  Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to government property Loss.

  Support property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associated contractor, or company property is in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy.

  Maintain documentation for audits, tracking and metrics reporting.

  Working with program and other functional personnel, as well as other duties as assigned, without appreciable direction.

  Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S efforts to improve practices.

  Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.

  Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  Minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience working with the acquisition, receipt, utilization, tracking, transfer or disposal of government, commercial, or company owned property and materials.

  Sound leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complex tasks and projects.

  Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and basic understanding of the DOD and other federal agencies doing business with a military contractor.

  Ability to develop innovative solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope using existing policies and procedures as guidelines.

  Working knowledge of property, inventory, and materials industry practices and standards.

  Ability to prioritize tasks to complete assignments with minimal direction and without daily onsite supervision.

  Strong oral and written communication skills

  Good analytical and problem-solving skills and RCCA (Root Cause, Corrective Action) tool knowledge

  Experience with corrective action analysis

  Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.

  Ability to work in a team environment.

  Ability to quickly grasp systems and tools.

  Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

  The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  Must be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience with DCMA (understanding of FAR language; contractual language) to obtain effective loss reports.

  Knowledge of and experience with PRISM/SAP, APEX

  Knowledge of Government reporting systems i.e., WAWF, GFP Module, PIEE

  NPMA Certifications CPPM/CPPS/CPPA

  Six Sigma or CORE certification

  The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

  Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
