　　The Sr Pronto Analyst supports the Sr. Director, Deployment by ensuring alignment and execution of all Pronto as well as other initiatives across the enterprise. This position is responsible for providing data-driven insights to make informed recommendations aligned with Pronto's growth, track market performance and provide project management support and coordination for all initiatives assigned. The Analyst will be responsible for coordination & communication cross functionally to ensure the assigned initiatives & deployments are supported, coordinated & communicated.

　　This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from anywhere is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Responsible for leveraging internal tools for tracking & communicating performance metrics for all Pronto & other related initiatives including individual markets, regions, Enterprise Score Card, Tableau reporting and others as they become availableOverseas and act as the custodian for all documents and material of the team's initiatives. Responsible for updating the material & data within and improve the presentations for optimum impact and change management clarityDevelop & Maintains understanding and collaboration with Supply Chain in W/H Ops, Transportation & Routing SMEsMaintain truck order logs, location prioritization, & supports all vendor coordination & orderingResponsible for the coordination & communication of periodic Field & leadership performance & on-boarding calls & live sessionsCoordinates communication with Marketing managers and specialists. Monitors Supply Logic inventory, Digital campaigns, new accounts promotions, Immersion Events & other marketing activitiesMonitors and communicates compliance & performance audits with leaders & markets with among others YOY sales, TGP/CS, below min charges, customer set-up, route set-up & SOUS set-upsOther duties as assigned by manager

　　Internal: Interact with the Pronto team, Strategy, IT & SC stakeholder, Transformation Office, Field Leadership, DCS, CSC, Credit, Routing, SOUS, Merchandizing, Marketing and core teams of initiatives under Sr. Director's responsibility & others as directedExternal: All external vendors that support Pronto & other initiatives

　　EDUCATION

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.5+ years demonstrated successful experience in analytical roles, business analysis, data analysis, data reporting.

　　Project management experienceSales or sales related experienceField and Corporate experience is preferable

　　The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $78,700 to $105,000,. In New York, the expected compensation for this role is between $92,800 to $123,800. In California and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $88,200 to $117,600.
