　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

　　Responsibilities

　　This Project Manager roles will be based in Bangalore and reporting directly to PMO Leader, located in Austria. The IND RPS (Relays, Passives, Switches) Engineering Teams are located in Austria, Portugal, Czech Republic, China, India, Mexico, UK and US, while PMO Team is represented in Austria, China and India.

They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication, risk management and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　1. Project Management: This role will provide leadership over NPI and Sustaining projects, leading the technical domain of single or multiple development projects from first idea to final project status. Ultimately responsible for meeting project scope, schedule, and budget milestones.

　　2. Standardization: Continuous improvements on existing and new project management processes.

　　Desired Candidate Profile

　　• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field

　　• Overall 7 years of experience and minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management

　　• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

　　• Project Management Certification desirable, PMP (or CAPM) preferred

　　• Ability to run multiple projects at the same time

　　• Good command in verbal and written English language

　　• Ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and self-confident.

　　• Intercultural competence and strong problem-solving skills

　　• Experienced in Microsoft Project Online Applications preferred.

　　• Ability to work with multicultural teams

　　• Strong background in LEANPD principals preferred.

　　• Six Sigma Certification preferred
