  Love food? Amazon is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Sr. Program Manager to join the Grocery partnerships team. Our team enables Prime customers to shop the selection from grocery stores on Amazon.com and receive their order via ultra-fast delivery in 2 hours or less. In this role, you will innovate on behalf of customers and our Grocery partners, bring new selection online, and change the way people buy groceries. This is an exciting opportunity to take on ownership in a fast growing business and work largely autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable driving complex projects at the heart of the Grocery partnerships expansion. We are looking for someone who can solve ambiguous problems, is able to switch gears quickly, and keep driving forward. You will be a part of the team that owns Catalog, Selection, & Pricing for Grocery Partnerships. The team owns on-boarding items into the Amazon Catalog and ensuring we have the optimal selection available for customers.Key Responsibilities- Develop programs and process to onboard catalog items from grocery partners.- Create goals and define initiatives to ensure we have the optimal selection available.- Project-manage a range of strategic initiatives end-to-end that require extensive cross-functional work.- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risksWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Product management, consulting, business development or applicable experience; preferably within e-commerce- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously- Exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch- Proven track record of innovation, regarding both new ideas and simplifying existing ones- Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau/ Dashboarding)- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- Project management experience- Working with third party sellers- Experience with product teams and requesting tech featuresOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
