As a Senior Product Management & Development Manager you will oversee the development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product life cycle. You’ll partner with our business, technology and UX teams to design moderately complex products or product lines that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
Research, designs, plans, develops, and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design.
Analyze customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services and creates product roadmaps and project plans.
May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding.
Works with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience in product management, product development, or marketingDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or StatisticsOur Senior Product Management and Development Managers earn between $118,800 – $178,200 annually.
