Description JOB SUMMARY The Sr. Marketing Technology Manager will serve as the lead in marketing technology, partnering with teams across the company to develop and deliver a cohesive marketing strategy aligned to business priorities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our marketing team and drive the strategic implementation of marketing technology solutions. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on our marketing tech stack and drive the strategic implementation of marketing technology solutions. This role also manages a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of customer communication, content management, and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Create and deliver a strategy to optimize digital experiences aligned to business priorities that contribute to developing relationships, increasing conversion, and improving brand strength. Optimize the traveler journey through personalized email campaigns, landing experiences, audience targeting, and segmentation. Lead the marketing technology team with a technical stack comprised of website CMS, CRM/CDP, email marketing automation, website analytics, and A/B Testing. Serve as the subject matter expert on email marketing operations, best practices, and regulation including CAN-SPAM and online privacy. Work with stakeholders and Marketing peers to develop relevant KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the marketing channels/tactics and influence the marketing strategy. Identify important marketing data inputs and contribute to the overall traveler data strategy. Drive continuous improvement based on industry trends and competitors' experiences. Improve search engine optimization and report on website analytics. Manage the contact database and ensure the integrity of the data. Identify new marketing technologies, as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of working with or supporting marketing technology Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics Experience with marketing tools (website CMS platform, CRM or CDP software, and Google Analytics) General understanding of WCAG Web Accessibility guidelines and state-level privacy laws (like CCPA) impacting website cookie tracking and compliance Experience with web development, databases, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Proven experience leading a high-performing and collaborative team Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment.
