GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sr Manager Sales is responsible for the Travel Retail business within the Americas region (NA, LATAM, Brazil, Mexico). Reporting to Global Head of Travel Retail, this candidate will oversee the business and brands performance of Travel Retail’s customers in that Region: delivering units, Net Sales, and marketing/trade marketing activities. This role will be responsible for the Regional P&L in alignment with the budget and guidelines provided by the Travel Retail Corporate team and Finance Global Team. Also, this position will coordinate a team of Regional KAMs, Trade Marketing and Training functions.
The Sr Manager of Sales will work closely with Travel Retail Global teams such as:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Account Strategy: Develops customer sales strategies by brand, to achieve sales goals as established by the Sales Manager
Newness Presentation: Develops and leads sales and product presentations, conducts business reviews using company provided reports and tools.
Sell-in Achievement: Responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals (Unit and $ net sales) by meeting targets by brand by customer.
Market Visit: Visits all the ambassador and partner key account doors, conducts regular training seminars.
Forecast & Analysis: Forecasts weekly sales and for all special projects; Provides analysis of account sales, inventory, marketing initiatives and merchandising presentations.
KA Door Management: To maintain and update the Door Report for key accounts to track distribution.
Assortment Setup: Implement and manage customer assortments by brands at the customer level; Interfaces with planner on inventory needs and changes to account assortments; Establishes merchandising program in line with direction from corporate office, customized to meet customer needs.
Instore Maximization: Work closely with Trade Marketing team to maximize key account instore presence and aligns needs with customers’ Marketing Department, inclusive of advertised images and needs for accounts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing
Demonstrated leadership skills and effective team management
Proven track record of developing and achieving measurable results
Negotiation skills, persuasive and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships within strategic accounts environment; builds business trust and earns confidence with key decision maker
Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management
A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment
Ability to travel in both the US, and in other regions when needed. Estimated travel: 30-40%

Previous experience in Travel RetailEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
