Your primary focus will be to drive and articulate a strategy for your area, and to lead your designers to deliver impeccable end-to-end flows with the next level of quality expected of our maturing UX organization. A strong mastery of leading from within the trenches, framing new perspectives, cross-functional partnership, and high-caliber craft are required in this role.UX leaders at Smartsheet work within a pod team of product management, engineering, product design, and ux research. Given the sheer amount of change in our space and in technology at large, as well as the complexity and scale of uses applied with our product, the leader in this role will work with a fair amount of complexity and ambiguity. They will have the ability to impart great change and impact within the company, as well as with our customers, some of the largest organizations in the world.
