TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Manager- Procurement Operations in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for strategy development and execution, conducting strategic sourcing events and negotiating acceptable terms and conditions with Suppliers according to TK Elevator's approved processes and to mitigate risk.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsible for leveraging TKE's spend (approximately $300 million) and leadingstrategic sourcing events for purchases related to US Field, modernization (MOD),service repair/maintenance and new equipment (NI) to maximize savingsopportunities.Manages a team of sourcing professionals to prioritize, plan, negotiate and executestrategic sourcing events via eRFX/eAuctions etc according to TK Elevator'sProcesses to achieve savings targets.Identifies and leads cross-functional and continuous improvement activities.Monitors supplier Key Performance Indicators including on Safety, Quality, Cost and OTIF to mitigate business risk.Consolidate and analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendedsolutions to drive business performance.Drive spend compliance into established supply chain strategies.Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Field Leadership, and various operationaldepartments to advance the company's initiatives to meet company goals.Implement a structured approach to tail spend management.Develop relationships with key internal TKE business decision makers to support the creation of a world class procurement experience.Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.Data gathering, analysis and report preparation as required.Provides specialized purchasing expertise to support functions.Support the supplier development activities as required.Daily purchasing and material expediting, as required.Compliance with the company's business conduct guidelines
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fieldsMasters /MBA: PreferredInstitute for Supply Management (ISM) CPSM, CIPS or Six Sigma Black Belt: Preferred10 years of sourcing and supplier relations experience8 years leading Procurement teams at a Managerial level.5 years in the OEM elevator industry or similar businessProficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle; Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLookup, macros, charting/graphing)Experience with ERP systems, Spend Data Analytics and Reporting, eSourcing, inclusive of eAuctions and contract management systems.Demonstrated understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, and the value and use of procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms.Skilled at change management; well-honed "radar" for stakeholder managementExceptional persuasion and interpersonal skills in order to interact withsuppliers, business leaders and all other internal stakeholders.Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation skills;comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.Demonstrated negotiation skills including an understanding supplier contractmanagement.Excellent managerial and organizational skillsHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to deliverresults.
