　　We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, and experienced individual to lead embedded and enterprise software architecture vision and strategy across the MMS Infusion product portfolio. As a Sr. Director - Software R&D in our MMS organization, you will have direct responsibility for the software platform strategy, high level system and architecture design as well as driving technology choices and strategies for the Global Infusion business.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Implement best-in-class R&D tools, processes & standards within the development platform.

　　Lead in the development of project plans and timelines for product delivery. Create Product Development goals which are linked with business priorities and traced to individual engineering responsibilities.

　　Identify and implement areas of continuous improvement

　　Create and Implement processes to ensure tracking, resolution and quality of CAPAs

　　Drive and lead innovative problem resolution at an accelerated pace.

　　Drive Functional excellence and collaboration across engineering departments

　　Work in a development environment which supports both organic and inorganic development opportunities.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals

　　Facilitates team dialogue to identify technical risk, develops mitigation strategies/plans and works to have strategies in place should they be needed

　　Education & Experience:

　　Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.

　　Master's degree or PhD preferred.

　　At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D product development or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience, with extensive, successful experience in product development and a clear understanding of quality management systems.

　　Regulated industry experience (FDA, Automotive, Industrial, etc.)

　　Experience leading a team of multi-disciplinary engineers.

　　Experience working with cross-functional teams

　　Project management experience for complex systems.

　　Experience with Operations and CAPA processes

　　Experience in the creation and implementation of new processes

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Outstanding written and oral communication skills required. strong plus.

　　Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

　　Demonstrated capability for critical thinking and solutioning.

　　Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).

　　Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

　　$151,400.00 - $249,800.00
