You will lead a team of Planning professionals and continuously raise the bar on standards of excellence while experiencing a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring a combination of Business, Finance, and Technical Acumen. You will own the roadmap of the Capacity Planning Program across the AWS Support Organization in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data Science teams. You will empower Capacity Planners to deliver plans for hiring and staffing across AWS Support that will allow organization to scale to customer demand in the coming years.Key job responsibilitiesYou collaborate and influence business owners and executives, support thoughtful and data-driven decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment.
