  Position Summary

  The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Business Operations, will enable pharmacy strategy execution by leading our portfolio management efforts and process improvements. The Sr. Manager will maintain key partnerships with IT, Digital, marketing, and other portfolio management teams to ensure alignment and execution of our omnichannel priorities.

  This role is matrixed and supports the success of our customer experience business teams. Regular leadership and cross-team reporting is required to communicate our roadmap, progress, and any dependencies needed for leadership support.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the omnichannel pharmacy portfolio including project intake, change requests, and budgeting. Provide regular visibility to leadership on progress, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies.

  • Develop and maintain a center of excellence including documentation of new or changed features

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with key partners , optimizing ways of working, refining process, and standardizing best practices.

  • Own change management communication and compliance

  • Coach 1-2 direct reports to develop high performing team

  Required Qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in project management in a large corporate setting or related experience

  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues

  • Strong knowledge of MS office suite. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical and business issues and proposed solutions to influence outcome Preferred Qualifications

  • Organized, collaborative, and proactive communicator

  • Intrinsically motivated to simplify and support

  • Demonstrates resilience and resourcefulness when faced with challenges to drive successful outcomes

  • Option to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis

  Education Bachelor's degree required

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,200.00 - $174,200.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
