　　We are seeking a Sr. Internal Auditor to join our internal audit teambased in downtown, Chicago, IL. Our team works with the organization toplay an integral role of monitoring and evaluating how well risks aremanaged, how well the business is governed, and how well internalprocesses are working. You will report directly to the Director,Internal Audit and work collaboratively with the Internal Audit Managerto conduct risk-based audits at worldwide HERE locations in accordancewith the annual audit plan. During the course of your audit work youwill gain valuable exposure to many departments throughout our globalorganization.

　　You will conduct various operational, financial and compliance internalaudit projects with the following key responsibilities:

　　Contribute to all aspects of the audit including: planning,performing testing, work paper documentation, control evaluation,report drafting, and verification of issue closureDevelop knowledge of the business processes and evaluate thecontrols, transactions, and business conditions to determinecompliance to HERE\'s policies and proceduresPerform data analysis to identify trends, aberrations, and outliersthat could be indicative of accounting irregularitiesLead meetings with all levels of management in other HEREdepartments including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sourcing, andIT in order to plan and execute the auditsObtain and review evidence ensuring the audit conclusions are welldocumentedDiscuss test results and audit findings with relevant stakeholdersand management to resolve issues and enhance controls#LI-CC1

　　Who are you?

　　In order to be successful in this position, you need be able to \"thinkoutside the box\" and apply creative and constructive thinking toproposed recommendations for improvements to internal processes,procedures, and policies. Other requirements include:

　　4+ years\' audit experience, preferably in Big 4 Public or NationalAccounting firmBachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related disciplineAbility to travel internationally \10%Ability to demonstrate strong financial accounting, audit andinternal control skillsAbility to support multiple audits simultaneously and effectivelymanage timelinesMS Excel and ability to demonstrate analytical skillsPeopleSoft/ERP system and/or familiarity with the AuditBoardplatform highly desirableProfessional certificate a plus: CPA, CIA or CFE.Candidates will need to be local to the Chicagoland area within acommutable distance to our downtown Chicago office upon hire. Theseroles follow a hybrid working model, combining on-site and in-officeparticipation.
