Job Description
What you get to do in this role:Works closely with Content Strategy teams to define and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with ServiceNow's goals and Objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive content direction. Advocate the Content Vision across the business units in ServiceNowActively dive into the content landscape and engage in intricate technical discussions with engineers, displaying robust expertise in content-related matters. Advocate for superior technical solutions based on deep understanding and evaluation.Forge and maintain strong partnerships with content strategists, enterprise architects, engineers, and other product managers, ensuring synchronized product development. Coordinate efforts between product management teams and content authoring teams, serving as the bridge for effective collaboration and streamlined operations.Drive technology initiatives for content from inception to fruition. Guarantee timely delivery, superior quality, and proactive mitigation of potential challenges.Align content initiatives with the overall product roadmap, ensuring consistency with business and technological aspirations. Contribute to the development of content-related features and enhancements.Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related domain. A master's or higher is advantageous.5+ years of experience in content management and product management, with a focus on inbound product management and content strategy.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Innovative mindset with a focus on exploring new technologies and trends in content.Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on high-impactactivitiesExperiencegathering and capturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmapDeep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutionsFD21
