　　Assist in the resolution of escalated issues related to case corrections, updates, or investigation

　　Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast-paced changing environment

　　Navigate multiple systems simultaneously

　　Ability to make effective and independent decisions

　　Takes inbound calls in Precert Queues/outbound calls to providers when needed

　　Demonstrated organizational and communication skills

　　Work independently and meet the established production metrics for ancillary work

　　Effective Time Management skills

　　Required Qualifications

　　Inbound Queue Associate or Care Manage Associate experience with direct knowledge of the Precert/PreD ProcessEducation

　　High School Diploma or GEDPay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$18.50 - $37.02

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
