　　We are hiring immediately for a Senior Finance Manager. With a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this role is mission critical. This leadership role is responsible for leading the financial performance of a $100M+ portfolio while developing and guiding the Finance team. This position requires leadership and cross functional partnership and teamwork to ensure alignment on strategic, operating and financial objectives. The successful candidate is encouraged to routinely brief all levels of leadership on the business financial performance and provide strategic business support. This role requires the ability to independently diagnose and get results, touching multiple functions in development and production factory environments. The portfolio includes established sales and new growth opportunities being pursued with the legacy products and a mix of sole source, driven, CP/FP, DoD/DCS contracts.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Develop and maintain financial planning calendar and process for the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.

　　Develop, maintain complex financial models as part of the site's forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes.

　　Analyze financial data and develop relevant financial models for our baseline and growth scenarios for revenue at the site level.

　　Direct and coordinate all program financial planning activities including program reviews and revenue recognition processes.

　　Prepare and provide accurate and timely monthly financial reports and provide detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis, including variance explanations and trends.

　　Monitor and track key program performance indicators including revenue, and gross margins and compare to forecast.

　　Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation to create daily management and eliminate manual work in the Finance organization.

　　Create overview analyses and executive summaries.

　　Improve performance by evaluating and improving processes to drive operational efficiencies.

　　Provide advice, guidance and support to Site Finance leader as required.

　　Partner with the broader Finance and Accounting, looking for opportunities to improve processes and forecasting accuracy across the site.

　　Coach and develop financial analyst.

　　Qualifications

　　BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.

　　5+ years financial experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

　　Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leadership to ensure business success.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

　　Experience recognizing process shortfalls and successfully implement positive change.

　　Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

　　Ability to interact with site management, strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize information into key messages appropriate for the audience

　　Demonstrated behaviors: results orientation, sense of urgency, management by fact and teamwork.
