PositionOverview The Senior Director of HCP Marketing is responsible for settingthe vision and leading the national and regional marketing strategy forCologuard as it relates to increasing product adoption to HealthcareProviders (HCPs), including primary care and specialty audiences. Thisincludes leading teams responsible for resource development to executeagainst the strategy, establishing an omnichannel marketing approach forpromotion (including leading the infrastructure build and transition tothis end state), leading a team of regional marketers to deliverlocalized impact for the brand, and engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs)across the colorectal cancer space. In addition, this role isresponsible for ensuring strategic alignment and integrationcross-functionally with stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs,Access, Outcomes, and Population Health, Customer Experience, CustomerEffectiveness Team (training), and leading the analytics plan,measurement, and progress against performance goals. Establishing aculture of innovation and experimentation, with strong measurementtools, will be critical for success. This role will be a member of thesenior leader marketing team, reporting directly to the Vice President,Screening Marketing. Essential Duties include but are not limited to thefollowing: Lead and develop strategy behind and execution of personaland non-personal selling materials for HCPs, thought-leader engagement,and other innovative national & localized promotional efforts to supportCologuard in primary care and specialty markets (e.g., GI, NP/PA andOB/GYN). Build a commercial engagement & Cologuard promotional plan forthought leaders and practitioners, mainly from the areas of primary careand gastroenterology, who are shaping the field of colorectal cancerscreening and prevention. Contribute to strategic development (alongsidemedia planning lead), and oversees execution of, multi-channel paidmedia plan, and necessary content strategy, to achieve & exceed goalsand key performance indicators (KPIs).
