Primary Function of Position

　　Responsible for assessing and validating the product features, clinical workflows and user experience have been implemented successfully.Provides deep product expertise needed to make clinical product design decisions. Analyzes competitive product features and usability, communicating a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer clinical needs and workflows.Takes on 'Clinical and usability SME" hat (as part of the product team) to monitor delivery across the development teams by providing advice and guidance on requirements and defining feature and product acceptance criteriaRoles And ResponsibilitiesSet ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders as well as the teamTake on the clinical workflow and clinical user experience leadership position within the product teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the optimal clinical workflows are embedded into the product requirements and user storiesContributes to product specific OKRs that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levelsSupports release planning with stakeholdersLeads sprint demos and product testingCollaborates with designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven designWorks closely with Product Director / Head of Product to establish product team's business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessaryQualifications and key skills:
