　　Summary:

　　The Credentialing Specialist, Sr - CVO is responsible for the data intake and collection from primary source and other resources for practitioner applications in the BayCare System.

　　Establish and maintain electronic credential files for assigned practitioners and complete the data gathering process within established guidelines for turnaround time, accuracy, and in accordance with external requirements (accreditation, federal, and state).

　　Responsible for assisting manager with training and oversight of the day-to-day CVO processes.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

　　Required Credentials: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)

　　Required Experience: Credentialing - 3 years / Preferred experience - 1 year in Managed Care

　　Facility: BayCare Health System, Credential Verification Office-BCHS
