  Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr Coordinator, Office Administration to provide administrative support to branch management, sales, and operations staff.

  Essential Responsibilities

  Answer incoming calls to the office, sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform day-to-day office needs

  Maintain office supplies including supplies for kitchen, bathroom, and office to keep proper inventory

  Liaise with various internal departments for payroll, billing, and accounts payable matters

  Manage vendor inquiries on past due invoices, resolve accounts payable issues, and assist the billing department

  Complete compliance paperwork for State of California elevator testing, coordinate safety documentation, and create supplier purchase orders

  Education / Certifications

  High school diploma or equivalent requiredBasic Qualifications

  Precise attention to detail is required

  Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

  Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  Ability to meet tight deadlines, remain poised during difficult situations, and work well under pressure with frequent interruptions

  Preferred Qualifications

  1-5 years of experience as an administrative professional desiredWork Type/Location/Relocation

  This position will be required to work from the Sacramento office 5 days a week.

  Relocation assistance will not be provided

  The base salary range for this role is $56,500 to $75,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
