Description

　　A client of Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Collector to join their team. This is a direct hire position, fully on site with standard business hours.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assigned majority of the top 10 accounts and other top 100

　　Program accounts – could be shipping 300 parts, etc – much more complex

　　Contact customers with delinquent accounts

　　Review and release credit holds

　　Corrections of errors with misapplied payments and billing errors

　　Proof of returns & deliveries

　　Monthly past due meeting (need to be highly participative)

　　Reconciliation of major accounts

　　Review accounts to be recommended for write off

　　Reports to National Accounts Cash Supervisor

　　Paperwork preparation

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　5+ Years of Collections Experience (non-consumer based)

　　Bachelor’s degree great but not required

　　Very organized and works great with other people
