　　Deliver upgrades and updates to Deltek software hosted on a number of platforms and technologies.

　　Create, evaluate, and maintain tools & automation that are used for the processing of software releases.

　　Collaborate with Engineering and Product Release team in implementing software upgrades for our clients.

　　Perform process improvements related to the Deltek product release process.

　　Create and evaluate release delivery design to ensure quality and successful release with minimal client downtime.

　　Deliver server maintenance for Deltek’s Cloud Professional Service Products, configuration changes, and security configurations.

　　Troubleshoot upgrade and release-related issues.

　　Provision of L3/L4 support to troubleshoot complex problems, provide software fault diagnosis, and resolve operational issues.

　　Coordinate with a globally distributed team to continually drive our application delivery projects to success.

　　Show accountability in creating process improvement initiatives.

　　Perform the responsibilities of a Cloud Implementation Engineer to assist with application installation as needed.

　　Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: About you:

　　2- 4 years of experience using various programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python or similar well-known languages.

　　At least 2 years of experience using MSSQL, Oracle, or similar database systems.

　　Experience creating simple to complex queries, creating SQL scripts, and creating stored procedures is required for Vision and VantagePoint Products. Experience in running scripts and backup and restore is required for Maconomy Products.

　　2 years of experience in supporting any of the following fields:

　　Enterprise customer-facing applications, computing platforms, and systems; or

　　Operation, Automation, DevOps, Release Engineer, Service Reliability Engineer, or similar field.

　　L3 and L4 Application troubleshooting experience with the ability to identify and document the root cause of application issues.

　　Experience in using public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or other similar cloud providers

　　Experience working in the Systems Development Lifecycle

　　Willing to work on the permanent weekend (Saturday) mid or night shift and amenable to changes in the schedule depending on business needs.

　　Nice-to-have skills/ experience:

　　Experience working in a DevOps environment or knowledge of using DevOps tools or systems is an advantage.

　　Experience using automated deployment technologies

　　Experience with enterprise monitoring, management tools, ticketing tools, and log management systems.

　　Diverse range of technical and operational interests and capabilities, including Microsoft Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), MySQL, SQL Server, SQL Analysis Services(SSAS), SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), virtualization, monitoring, and automation technologies.

　　Other Qualifications:

　　Ability to work in high-pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term requirements

　　Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems

　　Ability to capture processes and create documentation.

　　Must be detail-oriented, task-driven, and have excellent communication skills. Customer service focus is key.
