We are looking for IT Senior Business Analyst in Controlling to be part of our Finance, Control and Legal Department.

　　The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build an integrated technology solution and services to the finance community, aiming to create tangible business value.

　　The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build an integrated technology solution and services to the finance community, aiming to create tangible business value.

　　What you’ll do

　　Work closely with Finance controllers in the market to identify and promote adequate solution in Advanced Analytics.

　　Support on architecture discussion to provide the appropriated business analytics, business intelligence and visualization, data management, data mining, data modeling. 

　　Gather requirements to build analytic solutions and interfaces with cloud solutions.

　　Create end user documentation for the solutions analytical solution built and participate on the end user training.

　　Understand business goals and requirements, design and develop analytic approaches tailored to stakeholder needs.

　　Work with third party teams to setup cloud solutions in Controlling and Financial Closing (PEC).

　　Minimum qualifications:

　　Minimum bachelor’s degree required. Preferably economics, mathematics, statistics, or business. Also, knowledge on Agile and Scrum methodologies

　　Experience in digital finance analytics, big data and data interfaces, planning solution, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language etc.

　　10+ years of experience on SAP solution in Business Warehouse or in Controlling such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis.

　　Solid experience in Management Accounting and accounting principles as well as ability to drive business discussion in this area gathering business requirement from stakeholders and write documentation (Functional and Technical).

　　Ability to write clear and concise presentations to the stakeholders summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications.

　　Bonus Points If You:

　　Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Tableau.

　　Good understanding of SQL databases and Multi-dimensional databases (OLAP).
