Role
Partnering with Agile Squads and the WI Client and Participant Services Business you play a vital role in support of the WI Operations telephony / eServices platforms.
The Business Analyst Consultant- Platform Administration Support (PAS) actively engages in several critical initiatives for Fidelity Workplace Investing. This position will have accountability for providing business analysis and project management ensuring stability, readiness and service provisioning for these customer interaction channels.
The Business Analysis Consultant provides technical expertise and business process acumen. This role supports configuration of Genesys and Interaction Channel platforms. You will have the opportunity to influence the approach while proactively managing initiatives for new or improved services! The Consultant may handle a group of small- to medium-sized projects.
The Expertise and Skills We're Looking For
Bachelors or equivalent with 5-7 years experience in business analysis and project managementAbility to support the configuration of Genesys and Interaction Channel Platforms meeting business requirements to ensure the deliver of vital operational outcomesSelf-starter analytic problem solver who is outspoken, independent and can work without close supervisionOutstanding verbal and written skills as well as excellent organizational and planning skillsAbility to manage a diverse group of people to move towards solutions while influencing key decision makers based on analysis findingsAbility to network and manage relationships across multiple groups
