What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Sr Administrative Partner to join our Retirement Income Solutions (RIS) Administrative team. In this role, you’ll support & partner with AVP's and Actuaries within the Finance department along with providing additional support for direct reports on the team.
Independently manage all aspects of schedules for leaders including; responding to invitations and requests, making decisions on priority on behalf of the person being support, negotiating with others to find the best date/time options.
Tactical meeting coordination (scheduling and room set-up, catering, proactively coordinate agenda, gather pre-meeting materials, draft meeting and presentation materials, may attend meetings and capture action items and proactively follow up on items.
Provide moderate to heavy inbox management (deleting junk, categorizing and filing, flagging messages for importance). Handle communications on behalf of the leader being supported to the department or team. Distribution list creation/maintenance.
Coordinate/draft/edit monthly reports, order supplies manage role and access requests, assist with onboarding with new employees (order technology, information access, security, schedule appropriate meeting)
Research and book travel arrangements in partnership with those supported, expense management (submit/approve purchase/travel card expenses and track department expenses and submit invoices).
Manage information through multiple technology channels, handling requests for new technology. Set-up/maintenance of department and team shared sites and process flow of information. Provide high-level training/guidance on how to navigate technology platforms.
May be involved in a variety of business-value drive department or business-wide projects.

Who You Are
High school diploma and 4+ years related experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail
Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources
Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and the ability to handle confidential information
Keyboarding and adaptability in computer, web and mobile business applications. Proficiency in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office) and the operation of office equipment.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$23.29 - $31.51 / hour

Work Environment
This role is hiring in Des Moines, IA and requires a hybrid work environment (blending at least three office days in a typical week).
