About Sr. Administrative Assistant

  Description

  We have a great opportunity for a top Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Fortune 500 client in the Twin Cities metro area. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties, improving and creating efficiencies for the team while acting as a “jack-of-all-trades” in order to drive business results.   Primary Responsibilities:

  Data entry and maintenance of scanned/electronic files according to company procedure

  Provides phone support, correspondence distribution, and preparation of reports

  Schedule and coordinate meetings and events

  Assisting Property Managers with bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices

  Handle lease administration

  Maintain order system

  Develop and cultivate positive relationships with clients

  Requirements

  Qualifications:

  Possess strong computer skills; type 60+ wpm

  MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) is a must

  Bachelor's degree preferred

  2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

  Competencies:

  Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  Effective time management skills

  Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment

  Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

  Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail a must

  Ability to communicate precisely and professionally in both verbal and written communication with internal and external customers alike

  Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner

  Ability and willingness to support team to accomplish team goals
