The Senior Accountant is responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. 　　Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

　　Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes

　　Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

　　Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests Requirements

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

　　Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience required

　　CPA experience

　　Exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　BA/BS in Accounting

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
