Description

　　We are looking to hire an Entry Level Accountant who will help prepare and maintain financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss and other related financial activities. Candidates should have strong personal, accounting, analytical, technology, communication, and organizational skills. This is a hands-on accounting position in which a detail-oriented candidate will thrive across the key reporting areas.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　· Preparing and entering transactions into QuickBooks for multiple locations

　　· Establishing and maintaining internal accounting controls and best practices

　　· Managing and maintaining the practice general ledgers and trial balances

　　· Performing daily/weekly detailed-level accounting tasks across purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, customer deposits and associated revenue recognition based on internal accounting controls, banking, and other disbursements

　　· Assisting with financial statement and managerial accounting analyses, and the preparation, maintenance, and updates of practice-level budgets

　　· Performing detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet general ledger / trial balance accounts

　　· Regularly interfacing with practice personnel

　　· Assisting in preparing and reporting weekly key performance indicators (“KPIs”)

　　· Assisting in treasury management and cash flow forecasting

　　· Responsibility for all practice bank reconciliations, verifying customer deposits, and answering bank inquiries

　　Requirements

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting

　　Internship or 1 year of relevant experience

　　QuickBooks skills - ability to perform detailed QuickBooks daily transactional-level activity.

　　Advanced Excel skills

　　Experience in purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable.

　　Excellent time management skills
