　　Our client in the Greater Upper Valley of NH is looking to add to their accounting team. This role will handle a large portion of general ledger reconciliation and analytics. This role is highly transactional and candidate will be involved in all facets of the month end close process.

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience

　　Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued

　　Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　BA/BS in Accounting

　　Strong time management skills preferred

　　Great attention to detail

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　General ledger experience preferred

　　Bank reconciliations experience

　　Practical knowledge of Microsoft Access

　　Deep understanding of journal entries

　　Variance analysis experience

　　General familiarity with Internal Control

　　Quality experience with Microsoft Access Queries

　　Proven knowledge of financial statement preparation

　　Cash reconciliations experience desired

　　Well-founded grasp of Work Papers

　　Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills
