Your tasks as Senior Accountant will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and reporting. 　　Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Produce monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary

　　Requirements

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　3+ years of overall general accounting experience

　　Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Knowledgeable of ERP systems

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued

　　Financial statement preparation experience

　　Solid understanding of month end closings

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
