In this role, you will handle reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

　　Update general ledger

　　Provide cash flow projections, as needed

　　Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Capable in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Work on special projects occasionally

　　Maintain monthly accounting close

　　Requirements

　　Excellent communication skills (written and verbal

　　Accounting degree preferred, but experience required.

　　Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills

　　High attention to detail

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of account reconciliation

　　Proficiency in journal entries

　　Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

　　Noteworthy accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredAbility and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

　　Strong organization skills
