Must obtain the ability to create and performVLOOKUPs. Must obtain experience in macros. * 4 years of customerservice experience (i.e., office work, working with customers, workstudy jobs, etc.) * 4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred focusedon Partners/Employers * Strong customer service skills * Stronginterpersonal skills * Strong troubleshooting and decision makingskills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * BasicManagement skills * Utilize communication and problem solving skills toeffectively manage day to day duties * Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite * Ability to effectively multi-task * Strong organizationalskills with attention to detail * Ability to work with a diverse workforce and customer base * Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. *Handles day-to-day challenges confidently and willing to adjust tomultiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change * Strongcommitment to achieving personal growth and success * Must remain atworkstation for long periods of time * Repetitive keyboard/mouse usagerequired * Must be able to work in both Sheboygan and Milwaukeelocations on a regular basis The estimated salary range for thisposition is \$42,588USD to \$52,052USD. Actual salary may vary up ordown depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge,skills, experience, and location.
