　　Responsibilities

　　The Specialty Coder II is a Certified Professional Coder who assigns diagnosis and procedural codes using ICD-9 CM and CPT-4 coding systems. The Specialty Coder audits physician documentation. Mentors and training other Specialty Coders. Serves as a resource for the department. Performs other duties as assigned. Required experience includes 2 years of coding experience and 1 year of medical office related experience.Preferred Coding Specialties
